Wonderful design, colorful rooms, great view when you have a high floor room with river view, very comfortable, well equipped , and big rooms. Actually we didn 't have breakfast or dinner at the hotel but the restaurant was well designed and decorated. Stuff was very polite and helpful, the district is very quiet and peaceful and pretty close to everything. Guggenheim museum is right opposite the hotel.
Nightlife Tip:
Don 't try somera street for nightlife, especially if you are over 30 and you dont like cheap beer and dirty places

Fantastic hotel
The locations is perfect, very close to the Guggenheim museum and the city center. Everything is clean and the staff was very polite.

From the moment you arrive the hotel you feel welcome. The entrance is elegant and the receptionist very pleasant. The rooms are perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable, nice furniture, bath very well equiped. Sincerely a good choice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
50 steps far from the river, better ask for rooms with view of it.

está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro y del museo guggenheim. hotel elegante, con buen servicio, agradable, aunque con habitaciones un tanto pequeñas.
Restaurant Tip:
Comimos en el restaurante Shibui, cerca de Gran Vía, un restaurante japonés de reciente apertura. Comimos muy bien y nos trataron de maravilla.

Este hotel ubicado muy cerca del museo Gugengeim de Bilbao y bastante cerca del casco antiguo de la ciudad.La habitación era un poco pequeña pero con todo lo necesario,el baño correcto,decoración moderna.El desayuno incluido en el precio fue abundante y muy variado.El personal correcto.Tiene un parking por unos 15 euros al dia .

J'ai choisi cet hotel pour un week end à Bilbao, la chambre est très spacieuse, la vue du balcon donne sur l'avenue qui longe l'estuaire et se trouve a 5min a pieds du fameux musée Guggenheim, donc très pratique pour le visiter ainsi que le coeur de la ville.
Le personnel est cordial, la chambre était propre et bien fournie.
Week end très agréable en somme, a recommander !

Hôtel bien placé pour visiter le Guggenheim

Grande déception après les photos de l'hôtel, nous avons eu une chambre donnant sur la rue, pas de vue sur la rivière ni sur le Guggenheim. La chambre était très petite. Nous avons oublié un linge de plage, ils nous demandent 50 dollars pour nous le renvoyer, franchement pas digne d'un hôtel avec autant d'étoiles....

Hotel agréable, nous avons séjourné en chambre standard non fumeur qui sont plutôt petite mais cela ne nous a pas posé de probléme. La salle de bain et la chambre était propre et moderne sans aucune odeur particulière. Elles sont aussi bien équipée.
Le musée guggenheim n'est qu'à 5 min à pied. Nous n'avons pas touché la voiture tout au long du weekend.Je conseillerai cet Hotel.

bel hotel contemporain aux couleurs acidulées donnant directement sur le Gugenheim avec une vue superbe, emplacement central idéal. Le confort des chambres avec le bow window est irréprochable, le personnel avenant complète a merveille l'agrément du séjour.

Ottima posizione peccato il disguido con il saldo

L'hotel ottimo se non fosse che ho pagato due notti due volte
Una con Agoda e poi mi è stato chiesto di saldare nuovamente in hotel al check-out
A distanza di 5 gg devo ancora essere rimborsato
Inoltre le notti pagate in loco erano tariffate a ben 40 euro
In meno della miglior tariffa proposta da Agoda
Se non ricevo immediate scuse e rimborso intraprenderò subito
una bella azione legale
