Well located for ferry and transport into city
Expensive parking, but good.
Expensive breakfast, also good.
I can see the userfulness of this hotel for anyone catching the ferry to Portsmouth or anyone who came over by ferry for a short stay (walking distance) but for most visitors probably not a great location and expensive. Some good reastaurants nearby.
Restaurant Tip : Out of the front of the hotel and to the right about 100 metres, good fish and beef!

Rooms nice and clean and airey.The staff were very helpfull.
The only thing was that the carpark was not well signed on the 3rd floor.It took a couple of minutes to find.
We arrived at the hotel at 10.15pm.We parked in the underground carpark then found our way to the reception.The receptionist was very efficient,and took minutes to book us in.The room was loveley and we ordered coffee from room service,which took minutes to arrive.The next morning we,we had the buffet breakfast,delicious.We then checked out and headed to the ferry terminal.Less than 5 minutes drive from Bilbao ferry port,ideal.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel is ideal if you need the ferry the next morning,less than 5 minutes from the ferry terminal.

rooms size & bathroom being separate, friendliness of staff, location.
costs of car parking, bar & restaurant also too expensive.
Would like tea and coffee making facilities in room in preference to bar.
The lack of bar services in the hotel bar was off putting also as asked for requests from recveption so we went out instead
The overnight stay at this hotel proved to be in an ideal location for reaching the ferry port the next day. Staff were very obliging and efficient in their service. There was good booking in with no fuss over voucher details being unavailable. Child friendly and cost effective hotel with good privacy and safe environment.
