One night stay with friends was extremely comfortable. With Guggenheim across road, views and access to attractions was excellent. Rooms very comfortable, staff very helpful. Recommended to anyone visiting Bilbao and can book ahead in time to get a good deal.

reception clerks lacked energy and friendliness but restaurant staff much more service oriented
