Unobstructed views over the valley and the dam can be had from this cozy hilltop property in Zahara de los Sierra. High in the hills of Andalusia, the Arco de la Villa Hotel is a few minute's walk from the town center and within walking distance of the castle remains. The shops and restaurants of the town square are nearby and for those having breakfast onsite the panoramic views are complemented by unmistakably Spanish fare of bread and olive oil. Rooms - of which there are only 16 - are quaint and traditionally furnished in keeping with the historic ambience of the town. The hotel is also easy to access via car and has a private garage for those driving through the pueblos blanco's or white town's.
