The hotel might not look particularly impressive from the outside and does lack the charm of Paradors located in renovated historic buildings, however it is actually a very pleasant place to stay. It is one of the few hotels in Cadiz that has a seafront location (the beach is a stone’s throw away) combined with proximity to the old town. All the rooms, while somewhat dated, are very bright and the marble bathrooms are particularly nice. Staff is friendly and helpful and parking outdoors in the grounds of the hotel, is free, which is great in a town where parking is often difficult to find.
- Hotel Feature Tip : On our first visit we arrived without a reservation, it was slightly off season and we found the hotel was prepared to bargain on the room rate, we got a great deal for less than €100 for a luxury room.
