Torfino B. Solo travelers United Kingdom, February 13, 2013	Clean and well situated, with helpful staff. The Regio is ideally situated to reach all parts of Cadiz with the refular, efficient transport network on the doorstep. Clean rooms, powerful shower, private safe for valuables. 7.7 i loved the location. the long sandy beach was 3 minutes walk from the hotel door, and a few paces down the block is where you can catch the no.1 bus to the historic centre of the city. this bus runs seemingly every minute and costs only €1. the reception staff speak good english and are very helpful providing maps of the city and detailed instructions of what is to be seen and where. i was there during carnaval, and the staff knew which events were going on and at what times. i shall definitely not be looking for another hotel when i return to cadiz, as i was more than happy with all aspects of the regio. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Literally every minute the No.1 bus can take you to the historic center of the city. I beseech you to go and soak up up the history of this city, from fortified sea defences and the roman amphitheatre to the historic motorcycle museum. I dare say there is a lot of the new to discover, but for lovers of the old and ancient, Cadiz has it in spades.

Just a ton of Cons 6.7 The hotel is located on the main road, and was easy to reach, but the positives end there. The rooms were okay, but we had to request a bigger room than the matchbox we were initially given, as two of our family would not fit into the 140 cm "double" beds they had. There is additionally just one overworked person manning the hotel, which means that that poor soul is overworked and stressed out completely, although she did her best. I would recommend staying at another hotel if you can find one...

Solo travelers Taiwan, December 25, 2012	comfortable room with smiling staff the room is comfortable and one of the staff was very helpful with smiling face 8 this hotel is in the new town and might be one of the best value for money hotels in this area. i liked the room as it really is up to the standard of 4-star, comparing to the 6 hotels i stayed in Spain. also,the location is good, walking distance to the beach and bus stations 60 meters away from the hotel.
