Good apartment.
Quite spacious and well equipped studio. Also has a well furnished common sitting area and a nice cozy patio. Great for the cost.

very comfortable stay, no complaints. the check-in is at hostal la fuente across the street. staff was alright. great location on the lovely orange tree-lined street. 2min walk from san fernando bus stop, abt 5-8 mins walk from the mezquita.

If only the service had been better

We stayed in one of their apartments for 5 nights. The rooms were excellent and the location was amazing. The wifi was fast but did cut out several times during our stay.
The staff communication needs some major improvement. When we made our booking we incorrectly entered the arrival date. After 6 emails and several phone calls we were unable to contact them. We had to have the booking site intervene and after 3 days they were able to contact them and make changes. During our stay we had a couple of concerns and when we tried to address them the staff seemed reluctant to correct them. It was mostly due to the internet and we were making bookings online for our next 4 weeks of travel, when we informed the staff about the lack of internet all day and night they replied that they didn't know what to do.
The service was the only lacking thing and had that been up to a decent standard I would have rated them 5 out of 5

We stayed there for 3 days and and we were very satisfied. We recomend this appartment. Ask for appartments in ground floor as it has beatiful yard.
