Beautifully located golf hotel

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast

Beautifully situated golf hotel which also lends itself as a starting point for hikers and, as in my case, cyclists. Very friendly and helpful staff. Arrived late at night, raining cats and dogs, with a big bike travel case at the clubhouse, which is situated some 100 yards above the hotel, and couldn,t localize the hotel itself in the darkness, but the receptionist on duty went up to the club house in his own car, packed in the bike box into his car and took me down to the hotel. Beautifully decorated rooms and excellent breakfast served up in the clubhouse in a beautiful dining room overlooking the coastal landscape far below the hotel. Even though the hotel is located high in the mountains, about 15 km southwest of Las Palmas, it is easy to get down to Las Palmas with a bus that runs every hour and costs only 1,55 euro. Booked 4 nights first, but extended my stay with an additional 3 nights. Will gladly return.

Vackert beläget hotell

Vackert beläget golfhotell som även lämpar sig utgångspunkt för fotvandrare och, som i mitt fall, cyklister. Personalen i reception mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Anlände sent på kvällen i fullt ösregn med stor cykelväska till klubbhuset, som ligger ca 100 m ovanför hotellet, och hade svårt att lokalisera mig, varför tjänstgörande receptionist åkte upp till klubbhuset i sin egen bil, lastade in väskan och körde mig ner till hotellet. Rummen är smakfullt inredda och ypperlig frukost, där i princip allt ingår, serveras uppe i klubbhuset i en vacker matsal med utsikt över kustlandskapet nedanför hotellet. Trots att hotellet ligger högt uppe i bergen ca 15 km sydväst om Las Palmas är det lätt att ta sig ner till Las Palmas med buss som går varje timme och kostar endast 1,55 euro. Bokade 4 dagar först, men förlängde sedan med ytterligare 3 dagar. Återvänder gärna.
