Comfortable bed, air conditioned, internet access
although there was internet access it was a little slow. There weren't any drawers for storage (although there was plenty of hanging space). The shower flooded the bathroom floor.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast is from 7 am till 11 am so there is plenty of time for a lie in! Although the hotel is close to a busy road you don't get any traffic noise. There was a very good variety of choice at breakfast and I particularly enjoyed the chef cooking me a fresh crepe.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Fairly close to a stop on the city tour bus route

this is an excellent hotel, truly a 5 star. the higher rooms have excellent views of the mountains.
the staff were very accommodating and all requests were attended to promptly.
the bathroom was huge, equipped with a heating rail and had two basins.
the toiletries were adequate but nothing special.
the only improvement could have been the availability of a double bed (instead two twins were supplied for a married couple.)
the bedding was adequate but nothing special.
all in all a positive experience.

Despite the immediate situation of a highway and entertainment complex, no noise because the windows and all rooms are soundproofed very well. Contemporary decor with parquet flooring. Bathroom with special shower facility. Buffet breakfast with a very large selection of cold and hot dishes. The center of Granada with the sights are within easy walking distance. We can recommend the hotel very much.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : In addition to the Alhambra and the district at sunset Torro is highly recommended.
