Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Reina Cristina Hotel Granada Info
Built in the late 1800s, this quaint Andalusian-style hotel is close to the historic monuments of Granada. Located in the city center, the Reina Cristina Hotel is within a five-minute walk of the cathedral and the shops and restaurants of Plaza Bib Rambla. Comprising an old and a new wing, the hotel is replete with vintage ambience and features two original courtyards with memorabilia regarding the Spanish poet, Lorca. Rooms are simply furnished with TV, aircon and wifi access, plus theres a parking service for those with cars. In this position, its easy to make the most of Granada with limited time little shops, sidewalk cafs and tapas bars abound and the Alhambra and winding streets of Albaicin are a short cab ride away.

pleasant hotel with authentic atmosphere
located in the heart of city centre, near cathedral
parking garage is remote from the hotel (they do provide valet parking, though)
We generally enjoyed our stay in this hotel. However, in one of our rooms the toilet flooded in the middle of the night; the water spread through the room and into the corridor. It took some persuasion to get the night porter to come upstairs to mop the floors; but when he finally came up he did arrange for us to be moved to the bride suite for the rest of the night. This was just an incident; apart from this our stay was enjoyable.
Restaurant Tip : We had a great lunch at Restaurante Cunini. Friendly waiter managed to speak a little German (no English though).

Attendance - kindness, speed, initiative. Quick resolution of problems. Direct contact with the owner makes the stay more pleasant, in fact, we feel very well with them.
When you return to Granada, for sure I'll be at the Reina Cristina and they will be reported by me to any visitor. Congratulations to the team.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Baile flamenco en las Cuevas, dinner face the Alhambra at night! Pasear the vicinity of the hotel, there are very good restaurants in two or three square nearby.
