The Husa Puerta De San Pedro Hotel is a tidy little property ideal for business travelers staying overnight in Lugo. The property is just a few minutes’ walk away from the old town and about the same distance from the bus station, while the train station is a 20-minute walk away. On site guests have access to a range of business facilities, including a conference room that can cater to meetings of all shapes and sizes. There are lots of places for dining near the hotel, but at the hotel guests are free to sample the delights of the restaurant’s menu or just grab something light from the café.

The hotel location is excellent and the facilities represent good value for money. Our room, though not overly spacious, was clean and bright. The bathroom was modern and of a very good size.
The room would have benefited from a place to put a suitcase whilst the bathroom would have been greatly improved with the addition of a shelf or two (there was more than enough space for this).
The hotel was excellent value for money, with breakfast included. Its position is good for entering the old town and, once found, there is plenty of on street parking availalble (paid parking).
It is a modern hotel with modern fittings throughout - those in the bathroom being right up to date.
However, our room on the 6th floor was not well sound-proofed and other guests were unable or forgot to close doors quietly during the night.
All in all, though, an excellent, clean and comfortable base from which to explore the old town of Lugo.
