Understanding how the wifi works - desk clerk handed out a paper with passwords but could not explain how to open the hotel's website. If you are an out of country travelor it is necessary to do a location change in your computer from your own country to Spain. It took me over 1 hour of trying to access the internet brfore discovering that it was necessary to change location of the computer. When arriving at Madrid it is necessary to locate the minibus stop and to call the hotel to send their bus to pick you up. Service was quick. The hotel is but 10 minutes from the airport. The driver loads the suit cases which is helpful after a long flight. On arrival at the hotel the desk clerk had your reservation information in his hand. It was only necessary to show your passport and verify your credit card. The elevator is very small so a large suitcase is not recommended. The room layout was easy to follow. The hotel is not large so that there is not a long walk to your room. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is a large flat wall TV that had 1 English language broadcast which was CNN. Breakfast is available from 7 am to 1030 am. I needed to be back at the Madrid airport at 7:30 am. No problem they had me there on time.
Restaurant Tip : There are several good restaurants to choose from within a short walk from the hotel.
