This hotel is more a 3 stars than a four. I spoke with some other travelers and they all said the same thing. The breakfast is good, plenty of food, variety is there and sufficient time is allowed every day to enjoy it. Noisy during the night because we have to open windows in order to not suffocate and a garbage truck comes almost every night around 3 AM to pick up the trash cans. People yelling in the street etc.
Situated near metro and museums. Rooms are clean.
Noisy. Cooling system not working. Situated in a dirty district. Personnel at the reception barely speaking English

Situated in a dirty district. A lot of traffic on Paseo Delicias. The persons working at the reception are not very friendly, most of them don't speak English in a respectable way and the air conditioning system was not working. We had to leave the windows open despite the noise, garbage trucks at 3 AM many times a week and all the air pollution. I spoke with 3 other customers that all said they are not satisfied with the classification of this hotel. In our opinions, it is more a 3 stars than a four.
Clean room, inside also and the breakfast is good. Situated near metro and Del Prado museum.
Dirty district. Reception not friendly. Cooling system not working. Poor TV choice.

This is my second time in this hotel. I would stay there again.
- Shopping Tip : Two blocks away a supermarket on the Paseo de las Delicias.
