Couples United Kingdom, January 13, 2013	Ideal location The hotel was idealy situated, right in the centre of Madrid with every thing in very close proximity 9.7 We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very frienly and helpful. If I had to have one small complaint it would be that the bed, although very nice, was very hard but that is really down to preference, others may enjoy a very firm mattress, me I have a memory foam and am spoiled for any thing else. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: We bought a sightseeing bus ticket, it cost 21 euros and you can keep hoping on and off all day, I would suggest that if you are a new visiter to Madrid and are not familliar with your location,to first do the whole hour and 15 minutes trip to get an idea of what you might like to get out and see. You are provided with earphones and can listen to the commentry which is very helpful as it gives you a good idea of what's what.

Solo travelers Philippines, December 22, 2012	Excellent location with quality Location 7.7 hasvdouble window so absolutely quiet even on second floor facing granvia. superior room is the best , actually better than with terrace. only problem is sade you have to pay. bed is excellent, pillow and amenities are good.pizza n sushi room service and the blond lady receptionist was attentive but the black hair catalonian receptionist was snobbish so for that alone i will have second thought about making it a permanent accommodation.
