Ideal location
The hotel was idealy situated, right in the centre of Madrid with every thing in very close proximity

We really enjoyed our stay in Madrid, the hotel was lovely and the staff were very frienly and helpful.
If I had to have one small complaint it would be that the bed, although very nice, was very hard but that is really down to preference, others may enjoy a very firm mattress, me I have a memory foam and am spoiled for any thing else.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We bought a sightseeing bus ticket, it cost 21 euros and you can keep hoping on and off all day, I would suggest that if you are a new visiter to Madrid and are not familliar with your location,to first do the whole hour and 15 minutes trip to get an idea of what you might like to get out and see. You are provided with earphones and can listen to the commentry which is very helpful as it gives you a good idea of what's what.

hasvdouble window so absolutely quiet even on second floor facing granvia. superior room is the best , actually better than with terrace. only problem is sade you have to pay. bed is excellent, pillow and amenities are good.pizza n sushi room service and the blond lady receptionist was attentive but the black hair catalonian receptionist was snobbish so for that alone i will have second thought about making it a permanent accommodation.

The location is perfect for exploring Madrid. The amenities are standard, and their gym is small but everything you'll need for a quick exercise. We didnt try the breakfast, but their service is great at the cafe.

Otel is Ok, lactation is great right at the gran via, my room was so tiny, there was a double windows, inside was broken, the outside was dirty,... Staff was ok. After all l paid like

Very central hotel, helpful and clean

We got a very good deal on a standard room. The first room we were given was fine except that, overlooking the busy Gran Via street, we found that neither of the double glazed windows shut properly, making it pretty noisy. I contacted reception for a room change and we were immediately offered an alternative interior room which was perfect.

We stayed for several days and enjoyed a good room,helpful staff and great drinks and service in the bar, good breakfasts but a very odd main meal menu when we went to the restaurant. Would recommend the hotel but not the restaurant for dinner.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You need to pay a 20 euro deposit for the safe so if you know this you can ask for this, and the wifi password, before you go to your room.

The only "negative" part is that in my opinion the hotel need a sort of refresh in the corridors and in the room as well.

Simple hotel, great location, good price

The hotel is perfectly situated on the Gran Via.
The rooms are very basic, but completely fine. They are of a descent size with small table and chair.
The rooms are completely wood finished, although the wood is cracking and peeling in areas, is nothing but an aesthetic issue, so dont like peoples photos on Trip Advisor fool you, the rooms are fine.
