Better than expected
Location, the way it looks, and the service

I had to come to this hotel under short notice, and I have never stayed at this hotel before so I wasnt expecting much - but I was overall impressed. Its a good hotel, the service was good and the hotel is relatively new so I had no issues. Comfortable bed.

nice hotwl, nice views, good room service but not cheap. no complementary water even the first day, very expensive minibar, far away from any fast food place or any other restaurant, need to take taxis to every where, no metro near by... nice rooms, nice gim, nice sauna and spa.

Pretty hotel in the heart of Madrid
Location, gym, commercial center

This hotel is situated in the center of Madrid near the biggest and the most famous shop called El Corte Ingles. There is a big and nice gym and a good restaurant.
Shopping Tip:
El Corte Ingles commercial center

We booked a Junior Suite but when we got there, they made a mistake with our reservation and reserved a standard room. They then ended up giving us the only Junior Suite remaining at a lower level than the upper level one we requested and reserved. The light in the bathroom broke twice during our stay so going to the bathroom in the dark was a challenge. Things i wouldn't have expected from a 5 star Junior Suite booking.

Nice and Comfortable Room
7.7
I stayed 3 nites at Eurostars, indeed a great 5 stars hotel, the room and amenities are wonderful, staff are very helpful to provide information and assistance. The hotel is located at the business center, and there is one shopping mall can be reach by taxi within 8 - 10 minutes (or Euro 6-7) which you can find for good restaurant and shopping. Exit hotel turn right for around 500m, you can find a metro station which you access to any place of interest in Madrid. But for 2-3 days stay, it is better to take Madrid City Bus Tour which you can explore all the place of interest. Please be aware that during the peak hour it is a nightmare to take metro, the metro is packed and not so frequent to catch for another train, and it is always packed and squeezy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Bus City Tour is the best option, hotel is very closed to Estadio Santiago Bernabeau, the Football Stadium of Real Madrid.

Good hotel with lots of stars but lacking cosiness
Very clean and professional
8.3
The taxi driver already told me on the way to the hotel that it was one of the best in Madrid. He was right. Maybe it lacked a bit of atmosphere, though.
