Great location. Just a street across subway and a shopping mall. As for expectations for service, don't expect much. They tend to be impatient with non-Spanish-speaking tourists.

Good location, next to a big shopping centre and train station
Generally old with strong odors. Non smokers, do ensure you get the non-smoking floor. Breakfast is below average compared to hotels in the same range.
However, the location of the hotel is fantastic. It is just a street across to a good shopping centre and train station, which is 2 stops away from a good shopping district.
