The location.A clean hotel with good breakfast service.
A big disappointment with air/con not warking.
This hotel could of had a courteous jug for tea and coffee but didn't had it.The reception staff needs some review.The hotel was clean.
We expected more from this four star hotel.
The fact that the temperature outside was slightly fresh doesn't mean that the rooms were.
It was actually hot and impossible to sleep at night time.The receptionist suggested to open windows in an unpleasant tone that stopped me from pleading my cause!!!The air/con paid for, in the rate,should of be provided for the people wanting or needing it regardless of the outside temperature given as an excuse.Tea and coffee complimentary was missing.
Travel tip : Sorry, nothing else to share except the location

It's near from station of Alvarado.
It was very good hotel. I stayed at a single room, so I can't say nothing about the other rooms.
