Business travelers Taiwan, April 13, 2013	comfortable, easy access to the Metro firm bed, large window, cleaness 7.7 On Agoda, it says there is a fitness centre in the hotel, but in fact there is not (The information needs to be updated). I think the breakfast in the hotel is a bit expensive. If there is a kettle fitted in the room that would be much better and more convenient(thus I don't need to go to kitchen asking for boiled water whenever I want to make a tea in the room). In general, my stay in the hotel is pleasant.

Couples United States of America, December 14, 2012	Clean hotel with helpful staff good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff 9 i stayed here for a total of three nights and didn't have any complaints. the room was very clean and quite spatious, internet was free and worked fine. the location is quite convenient as its only a short walk to the gregorio maranon or ruben dario subway stops. prior to arriving, the staff was kind enough to help rebook my reservation when i had to reschedule my trip to madrid and didn't charge anything (even though my reservation through agoda was nonrefundable). this caused a problem when i checked out (got charged for one extra night), but after contacting them, they refunded the money. the receptionists were quite understanding and helpful regarding my situation.
