Devinatalia W. Couples Indonesia, April 19, 2013	Will come back! Great location, comfortable room, friendly staff 9.3 Hotel can be easily reached by the Aeroshuttle. Close to Metro station (Sevilla) and just 5 mins walk to Gran Via. Room was modern with comfy beds. Bathroom was big and has glass walls (no privacy if not couples). Staff was friendly and attentive. I remember one night when i needed hot water and there was no tea/coffee making facility the staff told me that the kitchen had closed but he went back to the kitchen and got me a pot of hot water and cups. Great value for money too! Truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely come back.

Solo travelers Malaysia, March 28, 2013	excellent choice for Madrid attentive staff, excellent room, great location 9.7 The hotel was near to Sevilla metro station and just a block or so away from Puerta del Sol, so that was great. I was also given a great room on the top floor with a terrace. And the staff was friendly and very attentive to your needs.
