Clean rooms and common areas.

Hardwood floors.
No indoor pool.
The location creates easy access to all suburban and outlying areas East, North and South of Madrid. The hotel is 1 block from jor Metro line that takes you into Madrid proper. The modern design of the rooms is refreshing - not your cookie-cutter hotels. The hardwood floors are a nice feature but increase the noise level significantly from the rooms above and on either side of you. The lack of a pool or even a play area is something to consider if you are an extended stay guest with children. The staff was helpful, professional and courteous.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : One block over there is a large cinema and restaurant area (Kinepolis) that is a great place to sample the variety of food in the area. There is also a large bowling center in the same complex.
