Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

no space in the room at all
great location, right in the middle of Sol. when we look up from the metro station, the hotel was right in front of us. short walk from Plaza Mayor. the hotel was nice and clean. the bath room was roomy but the bedroom itself is really small. there is no room to walk around or to put out luggage anywhere.

Location is perfect, most of things are in walking distance, the rest can be reached easily by metro, station is right in front of the hotel.
rooms are small, doors of closet, cabinet and bathroom are always in the way, they should use sliding doors, some of the staff cannot speak english,
The location of the hotel is right in the centre
of Madrid. This area is very much crowded by tourists all the time and until late night resp. early morning. Without the sound-proof windows of the hotel room, there would be no way to get a good night sleep, not at all.
Unfortunately, almost every restaurant is tourist-orientated and so is the food, nothing surprising or new.
During our stay, almost half of Madrid was a "construction site", everywhere you would walk, the streets and walkways are opened-up, blocked or
under construction. Extremely uncomfortable, noisy, dusty and dirty. On information received from various sources, this construction will go on for many, many more months.
Restaurant Tip : One of the most famous Flamenco Restaurans in Madrid called "Corral de la Moreria" is a must to visit. The food is excellent, the Flamenco show simply fantastic and breathtaking.
