Recently opened in 2002, this hotel offers 63 rooms with restored architecture dating back to the 18th century. This is a great hotel for those seeking to travel to the famous Golden Triangle (and most people do upon arriving in Madrid.) Plaza Santa Ana, Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are literally just a short walk down the street. Dining options are numerous in the region leaving guests with a myriad of choices, but one of the highest rated restaurants in the entire city, Horcher, is just down the street (keep in mind it is extremely popular so reservations are a must.) One of the main features that people find helpful is that it is so easy to get there via metro from the airport. Overall, this very new hotel provides comfort, service, and a location that is tough to beat.
