The room was nice, large with an espresso machine in the room. Very good bathroom facilities, with many amenities. The bar area was very comfortable, as was the reception area. The breakfast was wonderful. I found the staff at reception and concierge very helpful, very polite and friendly.

Noise from other rooms and corridor
I have been trying to find the ideal hotel in Madrid for some time. This is not it. While the discounted rate from Agoda for this hotel was attractive, I am afraid that the combination of tiled corridors, wooden floors and inadequate soundproofing just did not allow a good night's sleep, even though there was no outside noise and the room itself was adequate.
Travel tip : Take earplugs!
