Easy Access
Centrally located, clean enough with wifi
6.7
Entrance to the nearest sub-way station and to Gran Via (the major shopping street in Madrid) is mere 20 steps away. In fact, 2 major plazas like Puerta Sol and Plaza Mayor are within walking distance. Eateries too are all within walking distance. The room is clean and there is wifi as well as safe box. So, if all you need are these basics, then you will be happy with this hotel. Nothing fancy but I must say the decor is quite unique with black and white theme in the room. The room has high ceiling but please be prepared for tiny space. 2 big luggages will be a challenge in the room. No extra space to walk around at all. Be prepared to just lie in bed when in the room. I am out almost the whole day, so I have no complaint! I just want a clean bed to sleep with en-suite bathroom. A tapas bar to try out is "Tigres", walking distance in one of the lanes across the major street Gran Via. Hugely popular with locals and tourists. For Euro 2 for a glass of beer, you will be given a plate (or 2) of tapas, free. Cheap fast and authentic local food!

just across from the metro exit, this hotel can be easily reached from the airport by public transport. nice rooms although the lighting can be a bit dark. although right in the city centre, the rooms are quite sound proof.

Great location and nice design
Location, design of the room
6.7
Great location, next to the metro. Close to most of the attractions.
Except the bad smell of toilet , I think is because of the old building structure, the room is pretty comfortable.
One thing to remind, there are many escorts standing on the street downstairs, for lady may not feel comfortable.

a lovely and cool hotel
just opposite the metro station, very cool design
9.3
It's located just opposite Metro station Gran Via, 0.5 minute distance away...and it only takes like 5 min to go down to Plaza de Sol, everything's so convenient. I love the lobby, modern and cosy, the staff are always cheerful and helpful, they've given me much help. I'll choose this hotel again!
