Lovely hotel by a open square which the Breakfast room looks out to. Lovely funky rooms and warm friendly staff makes this one worth a repeat stay for me. Pool deck on top floor beautiful but mainly for private parties only.

HIGHS:
- location is excellent right in the middle of Chueca
- urban style and pizazz by the bucket loads
- la Terraza de Oscar: roof terrace and swimming-pool with great views and a cool vibe: a top hotspot in its own right
- room decor is stylish (all-white, with those sensual wall prints!)
- room prices are very reasonable, even budget-friendly if you can get discounts online (especially during the week)
LOWS:
- breakfast is cheap at €6.95, but equally poor: no fresh orange juice, no cooked options, no slow-carb cereals (muesli or oats), no eggs, no wholewheat bread, no green tea...
- room furniture: awkward desk chair, awkward taps in the bathroom.
- due to limited space for lots of wannabe visitors, La Terraza de Oscar charges even hotel guests €10 (weekdays) to 25 (Fridays and weekend) for access. drinks and food on the terrace are expensive.
- room prices tend to double on weekends.

we found the staffs there are very friendly, my friend lost her phone in a cab, then one of the staffs he helped us to contact the driver, fortunately he found the driver and my friend got her phone back. Very very thanks !

fantastic location and lovely helpful staff(all of them). rooms are nice but basic, no problems at all. good big shower. bathroom walls have smokey glass partions so u can see the outline of people using it, not as bad as it sounds but some people mite find it a little uncomfortable. all round really pleased with the hotel choice, no need for any metro or taxi for whole weekend. shopping streets 100 metres, restaurants, bars and clubs 5 minute walk.

El Hotel esta muy bien situado en la zona de Chueca,ideal para compras y copas.La decoración del Hotel es muy moderna tirando a minimalista con mucho esmero en los detalles .
Muy de agradecer que el desayuno se sirva hasta tarde ya que es una zona ideal para trasnochar.....
No tiene parking pero hay uno a 20 metros.
Ideal para ir en pareja y dejarse llevar por la sutil decoración de las paredes....

En lineas generales bien ,pero posiblemente no volvamos a esta cadena de hoteles.La recepcion a la llegada lentisima el personal muy predispuesto, pero con muy poca formacion profesional.Despues de 20 minutos nos asignaron la habitacion al subir y abrir con nuestra llave nos encontramos la habitacion con maletas ,ya se la habian asignado a otras personas,vuelve a bajar a recepcion y despues de otros 15 minutos otra habitacion eso si algo mejor, en la cafeteria para los desayunos (muy sencillos)se agotaban las cosas no reponian se estropeaba la cafetera no sabian arreglarla habia que reclamar los cubiertos y el punto final fue pedir dejar la habitacion el Domingo a las 13 h en vez de las 12 h. ese dia corria una maraton y no tenia tiempo posible para llegar antes,todo fueron pegas y pegas y mas pegas despues de recorrer el mundo haciendo maratones es la 1ª y digo 1ª vez que me ponen pega a esta solicitud.Resumiendo yo no aconsejaria a nadie este tipo de hoteles.
