Rosemary R. Couples United Kingdom, February 23, 2013	Clean, friendly and full of character. Friendly staff and great tapas! 8.3 Ours was a one night stay but was ideal after a late flight. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. No fault of the hotel but there was a lot of noise on the street near our room till very late at night. Hotel Feature Tip: Try the tapas, excellent.
Tang H. Groups Hong Kong, February 16, 2013	Good location Very comfortable room with a nice balcony 7.7 No kettle was provided in the room that people can't make coffee or tea at their own room. This was the only thing we don't like but it seems to us this also happened in other Spanish Hotels.

Business travelers Germany, October 26, 2012	My favourite hotel in Madrid Lovely and authentic rooms how a great hotel should have them 9.7 It is my favorite hotel in Madrid and I have stayed in a great many. The rooms make you feel good about having to stay in a hotel for business reasons. The area between Opera and Palacio Real is the nicest part of the centre of Madrid (besides Plaza Mayor and Plaza Santa Ana).
