This was a very convenient base for our three night stay to explore the art treasures of Madrid. The airport express bus brought us to Atocha station, a ten minute walk from the hotel. Prado, Reina Sofia and Botanical Gardens are all a short walk away from the hotel, so the location was ideal. Fortunately we got a bargain price for the room as it was a big disappointment - small, hot and dark as it had only a tiny, internal window. The room safe did not work (most of them don't said reception), the phone had to be unplugged (only way to prevent being woken by nuisance calls)

Nice 4 star hotel

a very nice hotel all around. we really liked our room on the 4th floor, the set out and quality of the room was extremely nice. staff were pleasant enough, bit of a language barrier but thats spain for you. location wise it was really good, short walk to prado museum and all the parks/attractions around that - about 7-8 mins. also short walk to gran via and the main square de sol - about 5-7 mins. got the airport bus from airport to atocha station, really easy and hotel is about a 7-10 min walk, although is up hill at the end, nothing too bad though. would definitely stay at this hotel again and for the price we paid (pounds for 2 nights) it was a real bargain.

me encanto el hotel, viaje con mi hijo a madrid, porque queria ver el museo del prado, y la feria de arte, y varias cosas que a el le gustan y para no ir en el mismo dia y volver a jaen, yo decidi quedarme con mi hijo dos noches a dormir en madrid en el hotel tryp atocha

Escelente situacion para hacer turismo o salir de
El desayuno tipo buffet y una amplio horario para poder desayunar. La gente de la recepcion super agradables.

Fui con mi mujer a ver una obra de teatro y aprovechar a hacer compras. Por la situacion del hotel fue una gran eleccion para pasar un fantastico fin de semana.

Ich hatte zwei Einzelzimmer gemietet, leider war eins ohne Fenster, nur mit einem liechtschacht dadurch heiß und schlecht belüftet, das andere Zimmer war sehr gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Internetzugang etwas schwierig.

地下鉄の駅から近く、レイナ・ソフィア美術館やプラド美術館にも歩いて行ける距離にあり非常に便利である。客室も清潔で掃除もきちんとされていた。ただし、金庫が壊れていたり（レセプションで無料で預かってもらった）、シャワーの栓のふたや洗面台の栓のふたが壊れているのに直してないなど（使用には不便なし）客室のメンテナンスがされていないところが見受けられた。また、ティッシュペーパーがなくなっているのに補充されていなかった。電話をしたらすぐに持ってきた。また、暖房が非常に弱く寒かった。

位于 Atocha 火车站不到5分钟的步程。而去太阳广场也大约15分钟的步程， 相当方便。 酒店也保持得很乾净， 唯一不好的是WiFi 支持不了iPad 上网。
