The hotel itself is quite nice. It felt like we were on school camp as they had a heap of students for an excursion running up and down corridors all night!! Security were advised nothing was done. Spoke to teach again nothing done. Had pizzas downstairs and was not impressed as they were frozen pizzas warmed up.

We stayed for 1 night of our holiday and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel provides free airport transfer. The hotel is only 5 mins drive to the airport so a great place to stay if you are a business traveller and using Madird for transit.

We picked this hotel because of the airport transfer and the cost - and it was decent value for the price, and for being in Madrid. We would only use this for the airport service, as it is too far from the city center, but we only had a short layover so it was a great pick. A few notes; listed as a four star hotel, and while the lobby and downstairs restaurants may be four star, the room is at best a three star, and the bathroom would struggle for one, if you catch my drift. Unacceptable that a shower head doesn't work and a toilet doesn't flush. Otherwise, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check in was a breeze, sadly we left so early that we couldn't have breakfast. Shuttle service was fast (10 mins to the airport) and spot on on-time. Would consider staying again - not all the showers can be broken, after all. Sadly, there is a pool, but it was "closed for the season" - silly to keep it listed via Agoda if it is not open. We may have stayed someplace else as we were looking forward to a swim while we relaxed before our flight.

This hotel is a basic hotel.
Nothing special about it it has a few restaurants int he building.
It has free shuttle to and from the airport.
Service was fairly slow and they couldnt work out my booking. It took them 20min to find my booking.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shopping centre which is a 20min walk. Even though I was told that you cant walk I did.
the food court is good and there is some shopping.

Recommended for business people as well as travelers that need a day stop over in Madrid for connection flights.
Location very close to Barajas airport with a fast shuttle service to the airport.
Spacious clean rooms with all amenities.
Meanwhile the mini bar is empty and luck of free drinking water on the rooms as well as luck of tooth brush and other amenities.
Overall good value for money

we chose this mainly because there is transport offered to airport on any day, most hours. we also learn from reviews that there was a supermart next door. Supermarts were not open on Sunday, so we went to the nearby Plenilunio mall. Transport to the mall was a short one but taxi had to travel few roundabouts and it was worse during return trip. the fare says it all.
We arrived late afternoon and had great shopping time, but the major supermart was also closed. wish we went there earlier for more shopping.
Hotel staff made sure we booked our timing (large bus with limited seats).
think will be much greater experience to explore this area had we arrived & stayed there longer.
I was lost near the train station (Osuma) since all buildings looked alike but the people living in the residence were helpful in giving directions.

I landed in Madrid at 11:00 and i need 45 mins to get my laugage. It's hard to get out of airport to downtown. It's very good that to get such low price hotel with clean room. Shuttle bus will take you there and it saves you a lot of costs.

Good stay. Quite big room with clean toilets. Helpful staff. Close to the train station but quite far from Madrid city. Air port pick up took some time to arrive but appreciated as it would cost quite a lot to travel by taxi. Number of options to have meals in the hotel but no real place to buy food outside the hotel. Ideal for long hour plane transits. WiFi is not free!

Good Location for the Business traveller

I was thrilled to by the bathroom provision. Wondering how I was going to shop for things as simple as toothpaste and brush having forgotten my pack back home in Nigeria. You wont believe the sense of relief that descended on me when I got into my hotel room and found these were already taken care of. However, I would love to see na iron and ironing board, a tea kettle and a fridge also provided for in the room. I am one person who loves to stay indoors and love to have all I need in the room.
I am happy though, it gave me value for the money I paid.
