Good location but the hotel is very old fashioned

The hotel is well located just at the heart of Madrid. The rooms are small, old fashioned - out of date- and not well maintained. It seems as a place of the 70s but not well maintained.
Breakfast was quite good and this has a very reasonable price.

thermostat never seems to work. It gets very very hot and then you have to switch the heater off yourself. And then turn it on again when it's too cold. Walls are not thick. You can hear your neighbours. The lift makes a sound which could be heard from the room.

The location is good, at the city centre. And it's just right next to the Metro exit. So, it's safe even you go back to the hotel at night.
But the single room doesn't have a good view from the window. The window is facing the inside part of the building.

It's close to Puerto del Sol.

Hotel is a bit impersonal but I did not mind. However a bar would have been nice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
No real need to do tourist bus, it is xpensive and if you are happy to walk, then can visit the main sights easily. Also you can find bars in back streets which are cheaper than in the main squares such as Playa Major. The metro is also cheap.

el hotel esta super bien situado en gran via, las habitaciones son normales, las camas no son tan cómodas como de otros hoteles de la cadena, desayuno muy bueno.

El personal excelente y con buena voluntad
Cambiaría el color de la habitación ya que mi habitación contaba con escasa luz natural y el color de las paredes no ayudaba a que tuvieran mas claridad

Destaco la excelente voluntad de La recepcionista llamada Iris y también del señor que configuro mi iPhone gracias infinitas por ayudarme. En cuanto al hotel la ubicación es insuperable ; la estación de metro esta a la salida del hotel, el bus turístico también cuenta con una parada en frente del hotel, todos los puntos turísticos los haces fácilmente caminando. Volvería sin dudarlo a este hotel me encanto

ソルや、マヨール広場へも歩いてすぐです。
グランビアストリートにも面しているので、タクシーもすぐつかまります。
降りるときも便利です。
セーフティボックスの利用は１ユーロ必要です。
