Vincci Centrum Hotel Madrid Info
Featuring 87 modern and stylish rooms some of which have balconies with stunning views, Vincci Centrum Hotel provides great rooms with an unbeatable city location. Nearly everything people seek when touring around Madrid is nearby including the extremely popular Prado and Thyssen Museums as well as a vast majority of the historical points of interest in the city center. Shopping is abundant in the area as is the culinary delights of nearly any palate. Horcher Restaurant is just a few minutes down the street and this is a place that is not to be missed as they have earned their reputation over the years as one of the best places in the whole city to have dinner. The location really cannot be beaten here and if that is a priority, staying here also should be.

good location, but many other similar hotels in the area. clean and modern. staff was friendly
hard beds, staffs not knowledgable, limited english
wouldn't take American Express even though we reserved with it and gave it to them when we checked it. Staff friendly but not knowledgable. We got wrong/poor advice on basic requests like which train station do we need. I would try a different hotel next time

The staff is very nice and friendly. They called a taxi for me, bring my luggages out, wait for the taxi and put them in the trunk. The front desk staff are very friendly and nice.
