Stewart M. Couples United Kingdom, April 08, 2013	Great city break Right near the old city and the best shopping street. Good location for walking to explore the city. Nice rooftop bar. 8.3 The hotel was wonderful as a base for a short holiday in the wonderful city of Palma. The only problem we had was that on one night when the rooftop bar was running a jazz club, some of the departing customers talked loudly outside in the street till the early hours of the morning. This was not the hotel's fault, but they acted promptly to move us to a quiet room.

Nice rooftop bar. good base for walking. 8.7 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Saratoga. We spent a week in total in Palma, and extended our stay in this hotel.
