Great city break
Right near the old city and the best shopping street. Good location for walking to explore the city. Nice rooftop bar.

The hotel was wonderful as a base for a short holiday in the wonderful city of Palma. The only problem we had was that on one night when the rooftop bar was running a jazz club, some of the departing customers talked loudly outside in the street till the early hours of the morning. This was not the hotel's fault, but they acted promptly to move us to a quiet room.

Very good base for a holiday in Palma
Location near restaurants, attractions and shopping. Nice rooftop bar. good base for walking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Saratoga. We spent a week in total in Palma, and extended our stay in this hotel.

Great hotel situated in the heart of Palma
exceptional views of the city and the port from the roof terrace, attentive staff, great value for money.

When booking our stay we had previously stayed and requested the room we had previously stayed in, this was honoured on arrival which was also an upgrade. The staff were very helpful and made reference to our previous stay. For a city hotel the facilities were fantasic offering a pool on the roof top terrace and an addition on the ground floor both out doors. The rooms were spacious, clean and well kept. The hotel also offered a range of musical events in the bar which was anadditional bonus. The views from the roof terrace allowed you to see plama at it best. A great hotel, great staff and great value for money.
Restaurant Tip:
On our final night stay we visited a fantastic tapas restuarante called "La Bogeguilla" traditional meets modern. Fantasic wine selection and exceptional food. It was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and allowed us to end our holiday perfectly.

Great location for a trip to Palma
Well positioned for visiting both the old and new parts of the city

the hotel location is excellent for a trip to palma. we stayed for a couple of nights on a ryanair midweek quickie. from the hotel entrance you can turn left and head down to the harbour front and along to the modern part with the larger hotels, bars and restaurants, or turn right and down into the old town with its wonderful buildings, bars, restaurants and shops. there are also many bars and restaurants around the hotel its self.
i would say that the hotel is more business orientated and not really for holiday makers especially with young children. there are two pools one in the courtyard at the rear and a smaller one on the roof above the bar. i never saw anyone in the courtyard (except the builders). the views from the roof top pool and sun terrace, like the hotel bar, are superb, with a 360 degree view, however unless you are lucky enough to get a room on the front over looking the river then you won’t have much of a view from your balcony. we, like 80% of the rooms, could look down on the pool and across at an eight storey blank wall.
the rooms are comfortable and well set out, nice furnishings and décor you would expect in a four star. there is a minibar and free safe in the wardrobe but no tea and coffee making facility, the tv has only one english channel (bbc world news). the wifi is free and works in the room. taxi fare is 18 euros from the airport and takes about 20 minutes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have a day to spare (or even half) rent a bicycle from the ride the cycle path along the sea front it stretches from the cruise ship terminal in Palma to the small harbour in Arenal. The route is easy and safe, we did the whole length in from 10.00am to 5.00pm with stops for coffee, lunch and an afternoon jug of local sangria, 25 miles but remember the sun lotion.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city

This hotel offers everything at a high standard without a huge price tag attached. The roof top pool is small but perfect. It has wonderful views across the harbour and the city.
