Val R. Solo travelers Australia, April 04, 2013	Great place to stay, central in Sevilla & staff ve Room, staff and breakfast 9.3 Very good. Only downside: Internet only worked ~50% of time. Frustrating as a major reason for selecting ths hotel. But, I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very little and the bath is not isolated from the room. You can hear everything what happens there! Internet is perfect and tea and water are offered gratis all day long except during the breakfast. The location is perfect.

Fantastic staff, Classy Hotels. 9 This review may start out negative, but this Hotel chain really do value it's customer's satisfaction. I made a reservation for the Petit Palace Santa Ana Hotel, I arrived the next day to be informed that their had been an error, and that there were no rooms available for me at the Santa Ana Hotel. I was naturally very unimpressed, but mistakes happen, and the what the hotel did to correct the error was excellent. They allowed me to park my car (free), and arranged free taxis to their other hotel (Petit Palace Santa Cruz) which was only a few blocks away and almost identical in appearance. The Hotel also offered free breakfast in the mornings (which were fantastic). Mistakes happen, it's a part of life. But it's how this hotel corrected the mistake, that impressed me. I almost wish this happened more often!
