Big apartment but need more cleaning

The address of the apartment was rather confusing and they provided another address as a 'meet-up point'. So my friends and I were initially excited when we were waiting for the staff to pick us up at the 'meet-up point' which is in front of a very modern apartment. But it turn out that the actual apartment at the street opposite to the 'meet-up point'. The rooms are big an well equipped, however the floors are not as clean as I would expect. One thing which is really funny is that the wall of the toilet which is designed with alternate green and transparent glass, and is facing one of the room, meaning being in the room could see someone bathing very clearly. I thought this is one of the worst idea ever despite of its modern design, it's just annoying to ask people in the room to go out whenever one uses the toilet.

We have been shocked when the management of this apartment kept us waiting for check-in for two hours on the street under the rain. When after a few phone calls we have been finally let in we found out a host's laundry running in apartments washing machine. This is definitely the most unprofessional and unfriendly attitude toward clients we have ever meet in Spain.We would strongly recommend to the other tourists to never go to this apartments.
Nightlife Tip:
Seville offers a lot of chances for those who loves flamenco.

The location is not that near to the attractions, however, the walking distance is manageable. However, I loved that I was living among the locals. There are cafes around the area, thus food is not a problem. You do not have to take metro or buses when visiting the main attractions, walking is enough. The kitchen is well equipped. HOWEVER, i did not have a proper bath the 2 nights I stayed there because the water heater was not working. Other than that, I would not mind staying there again.
