A charming hotel found within an 18th century building in the heart of La Laguna. Located in the Plaza del Adelantado Square, guests of the Nivaria Hotel will enjoy a memorable stay in a fully-restored Spanish residence built in wood and stone, as was the style of the early 1700's. The 62 rooms are all decorated in keeping with the buildings' characteristic history, and it's easy to imagine the aristocratic families that once lived here. Todays' guests will find all the modern conveniences expected from an upmarket hotel, and the location allows easy access to many of the islands' attractions, including the nearby Teide National Park. La Laguna itself was the original capital of the island, and today it boasts some of the best preserved architecture from the 16th and 17th century found anywhere on Tenerife.

situation, qualité accueil , viel immeuble bien rénivé

hôtel très bien situé à la laguna proche de l'aéroport nord donc idéal pour un vol matinal , bien situé également dans la ville sur une place ce qui est pratique quand on est en voiture car dans son ensemble le centre de la laguna est en zone piétonne (ce qui nous avait géné dans un précédent séjour car il nous avit fallu nous garer assez loin donc inconvénient pour les bagages) , bon hôtel rapport qualité prix en centre ville , dans un immeuble ancien , prestation simples mais accueil serviable,petit détail les vols au départ de l'aéroport tenerife norte sont affichés sur un écran dans l'hôtel avec indications sur un éventuek retard , bref à recommender pour un séjour à la laguna
