Built in 2006, these modern, spacious and private apartments were thoughtfully created and designed to suit a full range of budgets and travelers.Just across the road from the City of Arts and Sciences, guests are well located to enjoy the nearby futuristic cityscape of enormous modern buildings that make up El Saler Centro Commercial Shopping Plaza. Within a five minute walk visitors will also find the Piscina Fuente de San Luis and its giant indoor swimming pool.There is a bus stop just outside the hotel which connects to the metro making exploring further afield very convenient. The Valencia Bus Turistico open topped double-decker bus offer a quick way to see all of Valencia�s attractions in just one hour.Traveling from the Arts and Sciences Centre through the Turia riverbed, the tour ends at the Plaza de Reina in the old city and is well worth taking.

Comfortable, well located and well connected. The staff always available with both useful and satisfactory solutions.
A bit close to the bedroom.
40 flats apartments are easily accessible and very comfortable to take any means to visit the whole city, are also very close to oceanography and are satisfactory for all needs, especially if you are traveling with children like us. The information received was very useful and comprehensive.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : not worth spending money on taxis all the places to visit are easily accessible by bus and the stops are all nearby.
