We were disappointed with our room, I requested a double bed and it was 2 singles pushed together made-up separately. We only took hand luggage so were limited to liquids thought a 4 star hotel would proved everything as standard but had to request certain things including extra pillows, slippers and bathrobes. We were offered another room but the difference was not worth packing and unpacking again.

Close to the hotel, you can find luxurious shops but also gogo bars !

We stayed here for two nights in September 2012.
Room was large, beautiful and very clean!
Parking is within 100 meters from hotel for around 20 euros per day!
Hotel is in the middle of the centre (200 meters from hart of city centre), but very quietly located on a little square with some nice terraces.
Restaurant Tip:
Restaurant Casel La on the Conde Altea 17....... amazing food and great service! Great value for money!

We would definitely stay her again. Good quality hotel, helpful staff, reasonable rates,and very centrally located in Valencia. There is a car park nearby, but the access to it is a bit difficult.

Impressive lobby, shame about the rooms

The hotel is in a great location close to Plaza de la Virgens. The lobby is impressive, very clean and polished.
We have paid in full prior to our arrival, the receptionist insisted we had only paid a 20% deposit. After 10 minutes she finally admitted her mistake.
The room was on a clearly marked Non Smoking floor, yet smelt of cigarette smoke. The rooms had a musty smell, stains on the chairs and carpets and very dusty.
At night the hotel switched of the air con and the poor night porter had to suffer several complaints.

On first impressions this hotels looks lovely. When we first arrived they tried to charge us for the room despite already having paid agoda in full. It took 20 minutes to get reception to agree we had paid. The reception staff were not very friendly either. The hotel enterence looks lovely modern and clean. There is a beautiful restaurant in the main lobby ... at first when you enter the hotel it looks like a good modern hotel... then you enter the room and everything changes. The room I had was smelly and unclean. There were carpet which had not been cleaned properly and the interior looked tired. I would not stay here again much better hotels at a cheaper price in valencia. This is NOT 4 stars.
