Great location with big room
Great location with nice view

Hotel located close to Art and Science Museum, Aquarium just only 10 minutes by walking. But a little far from the old city of the town. Room is big but air condition doesn't work well.

Not worth the money, mislead about parking

THis hotel does not deserve its stars. It took four separate cards and 40 minutes, with four trips to the lobby, in order to access our room. The room was OK, but definitely not luxurious. The elevator did not have ventilation and during the tip up and down we would usually swim in our own sweat.
In the description it was listed "parking" but when we got ready to leave and asked for validation, we were told that we must do that on our own, outside at the machine, and pay 20 euros per day.
In short, save your money and go across the street in the other hotel. Much better for the money.
Internet was terrible!

The Confortel Aqua 4 is a hotel connected to the mall, which was a little strange at first, but it became extremely convenient for grabbing food/drinks, and other conveniences. The hotel is clean and well kept, and the rooms were the largest we experienced throughout our 2 week stay in Spain. There is a gym, spa, and free wireless internet too. Overall a very comfortable stay, although the only thing we weren't impressed with was the food and beverage/room service options.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Plaza de la Reina sits at the heart of Valencia, and its a great place to start the day - whether for shopping, sightseeing, or a lazy day of cafes and restaurants.
