Expo Hotel Valencia Info
This big modern hotel is in a central position right next to Turia metro within walking distance of the old town. A ten-minute wander from Valencia's historic center and surrounded by the buzz of cafes, shopping and people, the Expo Hotel is in a great position for sightseeing. The main street nearby makes getting around via bus or cab easy and the metro is literally a two-minute walk away - not that the streets of Valencia aren't utterly charming and safe to wander. All interiors are bright, modern and not overtly business-like, with vivid pops of color and art works lending a chic appeal. Rooms include cable TV, minibar, full bathroom with amenities and wifi access, plus in summer guests have the extra space of the rooftop pool - sweeping views of Valencia free of charge.

The hotel is really very close to a metro station The rooms were a little bit small, but clean. It is impossible to sleep with an open window. The hotel is on a quite big boulevard and the noise from the traffic is everywhere. The stuff speaks just a little bit english, but this is the main problem in Spain. The hotel worts it's value.
Restaurant Tip : Near Colon Motro station, at "Ciscar" str. is the reastaurant "La Santa"... you will never regret if you go there

Breakfast is value for money Security of the hotel is a disaster ! One drunken man with batman costume got the access card of our room, rush in at 12 mid night while we (3 ladies) were already in deep sleep! He shouted and claimed that we are in the wrong room, pointed at our shoes and clothes, saying that was his !!
Eventually he left, we found out that reception has issue our room card to him.
We changed a new room after he left. No apology or compensation was given by the hotel. This is the worst hotel we had stayed !!!
Travel tip : No interesting spot near hotel.

Expo Hotel is located in a very good position, just 50 meters away from subway station Turia (yellow line N° 1).
Rooms are good enough and service is in the average.
