Food in restaurant was delicious. Location in middle of town was convenient. Room was clean, new and fresh.
Did not get the room I requested even tho it was available. Staff does not speak English. No knowledge or suggestions for things to do while visiting. There is a fee for using the hot tub.
I was drawn to the hotel by it's lovely photos. Once there, I found it boring and dull. The staff, although friendly, was not very helpful. There really is nothing to do but view the castle. When I wrote asking how to get to the hotel, the staff replied "drive your car." When I asked about bus service, they provided the wrong information. Ultimately, I had to solve all problems myself. If you choose to stay at this hotel, you must be completely self-sufficient and self-reliant. The rates for rooms was high and no real reward was experienced. There's nothing spectacular or amazing about this place. I probably would not go back.
