Somya B. Families with young children India, October 04, 2011	Small Rooms, Away from tram/ bus station. Looks like a small ship, staff is good 6 The hotel has small rooms. Not too much space to keep luggage, especially if you are a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. There is no room service, you may go to the bar/ lounge to eat. Menu was limited. There is no bus/ tram station near the hotel, and one has to walk about a kilometer to get to the nearest tram station. I would say its a little over priced for what it offers. If you get a room facing the water, i guess the stay would be little more eventful (we got one facing the road). Staff is good and friendly. Internet is not free (at least in the room we got)But one can buy coupons for the same. City tourist card is not available with the hotel

Couples Singapore, November 08, 2009	Ibis Clean rooms, good view, spacious toilet and corridor, close to central station and big shopping mall 5.3 Hotel is quite access friendly and you can get there in no time without much of a problem, the area is quite so you would expect quite a good rest there. However, during our stay we experienced some discomfort due to some gasoline smell diffusing from the ventilator. We asked the hotel staff and they just said there's nothing they can do about it and told me to stay at the lobby or go out ignoring the fact that we were inhaling very unhealthy fumes. Toilet was extremely cold during winter, no heated floors... No offence to dog lovers - someone left their dog locked up in the room till very late and the dog was barking for attention. We thought that the hotel should be abit more strict on policies of bringing pets to the hotel. Perhaps that their pets must be attended to at all times. It may have disturbed others, but not to us as we were a few rooms away. Hotel Feature Tip: Bring your own toiletries

Couples Austria, April 03, 2013	ein Schiff als Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig sehr modern und sauber, obwohl es ein Schiff ist; Innenstadtnähe und ausreichend Parkplätze 10 die Innenstadt ist fussläufig erreichbar, jede Menge Lokale und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist ein umgebautes Schiff, allerdings sehr modern ausgestattet und bietet jeden Komfort. Leider gab es viele Bettler und Obdachlose, aber auch viel Polizei. dies ist der Gegend nicht zuträglich! Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt! Wir waren mit dem eigenen Auto unterwegs.
