Das Hotel liegt 5 MInuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt und nahe an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Hotel warm und herzlich eingerichtet (viele Planzen). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig, inkl. frischen Früchten
Kostensloses Wifi ist vorhanden, am Nachmittag gibt es jeden Tag ein anderes frisches selbstgemachtes feines Gebäck.
Das Hotel ist das älteste in Göteburg, jedoch sehr gut renoviert und herzlich eingerichtet.
