this hotel has an excellent location. in the middle of the shop and restaurants district and easily by foot from the train station (5-10 minutes). nevertheless the hotel was calm on the inside and little noice was heard from outside. very clean. people at the reception were friendly and the breakfast was good. internet only worked in the lobby area.

The perfect hotel for a weekend away in Malmö. You live right on the main shopping street and next to Lilla Torg where there are many restaurants and bars, also very close to the train station and trains to Copenhagen and airport buses to Malmö Airport. A nice little breakfast and quiet rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are visiting in winter, take a walk (20 minutes) along the coast line to Ribersborgs kallbadhus, a bathhouse with saunas and a nice Little café, where you can go swimming in the sea in winter time, it is a very nice experience.

located very near the train station, baltzar hotel is conviently located in the middle of the city centre with fashion stores around it. however, the address is a little misleading as the entrance of the hotel is not exactly along the road stated on the address.
the room was not exactly the newest you can find but we felt it was acceptable. apart from looking a little old, it was very clean and spacious.
the hotel staff who checked us in was very nice. she was friendly and helpful, which definitely gave us a feeling of home away from home. however, breakfast spread was nothing to boast about.
