Announcing itself with a bold uppercase letter ‘E’, the Elite Hotel Residens is an elegant little hotel located at the heart of Malmo. The hotel is best known for its’ ‘English Club’ feel. Conveniently located near the station, yet quiet and comfortable.
The best part was, we checked in quite late and we got upgraded to the Suite. Unfortunately we had to leave very early next morning (around 6 am) but they were very kind to arrange early breakfast meal with other group that were also leaving before hotel's breakfast time. We hope to come back and stay again.
Travel tip : There are many nice restaurants and shops near the hotel, if you walk toward the Square.

Good location in relation to the center and train station.
-Our room was located outside the hotel smokers rooms, which led to the smoke blew in when the window opened for ventilation.-Room was placed at an angle against a korridordel and external rökutrymmet which led to full transparency to the room unless the curtains were drawn on.
My wife and I chose the hotel Elite Residence Malmö for its location in relation to the center and the railway station and to celebrate her 65th birthday. The hotel was very good and was nice and courteous staff. Our room was quite small with a narrow double that made it easy woke up when one of us moved.'s Breakfast had everything you could wish for, and tasted very good.

The hotel is well off a side of peace and quiet from most rooms and courteous service. The 2 time we spend ourselves in this hotel, which is clearly recommended.
A bit of street noise from the rooms, located off the main road, but not dramatically.
Overall I am extremely pleased that dwell at Elite Hotel Residence in Malmö when I'm at the weekend there. The hotel is good and there is a very good and polite service. Breakfast and bufeen is excellent and there is everything heart desire. The hotel is centrally located near the start of the Great Square and down to the center of Malmö and shopping opportunities. Can clearly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : City Hall basement is an excellent eatery, just big square.
