Beds, breakfast, staff, location. Lack of hairdryer, poor TV-quality, thin door. We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Malmö´s Teaterhotellet. The location was perfect for us, near our points of interest and not in the boring district near the railway station. Extremely big and comfortable bed from Danish luxury brand Jensen. Best hotel bed we have slept in so far! Clean room and bathroom.
Generous hotel-breakfast included with a home-cooked feel to it. Apart from breakfast the hotel has a very limited snack-menu that we did not try.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very good location close to the theater, opera and shopping district.
No hairdryer in the bathroom! We believe that is usually standard in much more simple hotels.
The door to the room was old and a bit thin so we could hear people passing in the corridor.
Don´t come here to watch TV. The TV-set was old and had poor picture quality.
The view from at least our room was dull, facing a concrete patio. and since the hotel is located in a small street I suppose there is no exciting view from any room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is located very close to the Malmö Opera and Theatre! Check it out!
