The Staff were lovely & helpful at reception. The lobby provides free coffee, tea & cakes, great when you've just walked in from a long day of sightseeing. It's in good location to the Underground only one stop from Central station. The only downside was the size of the room for 4 grown adults was not ideal. Overall it was a pretty good stay.
