First I would like to say that this hotel has a perfect lokation: walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, shops, old town, and literally right next to the Metro.
Secondly the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It was important for me that I didn't hear the noise from the street or from neighbours.
The room was clean and well organized, and the breakfast was great not only would I recommend this hotel but I would return again. I'd like to come here with my husband and child for weekend.

It feels a bit strange back to your hometown as a tourist. this time return to our home city and we chose to stay in this hotel. we know the city so well so it is a choice of nostalgia. The hotel stuff are very friendly and the design of the hotel is very close to this trendy modern city:cool and fashionable. Only fault is the room is too small. Even for the delux room it feels like a small single room. Are not all the swedes are tall and big? why are rooms so small!!

the hotel feels a bit small and not terribly exclusive in the lobby, in comparison to the name and how many rooms there are. but there are plenty of friendly staff and an alert concierge-desk. you can get a great view from the water-facing rooms. long walks to some of the rooms. the room we got was nice and fresh, while the corridor leading to it was less cheerful.
we got a good deal via agoda, even though it was one of the busiest weeks in stockholm > furniture fair. general tip: if you go around february 6 to 12, beware that many hotels will have exhibition-hiked prices.
Restaurant Tip:
The Gondolen Restaurant where you can eat as if you were dining in a Zeppelin that has docked in the most beautiful viewpoint in Stockholm, lies just across from the big plaza near the hotel.

The stay was overall an enjoyable one. It's just across the river to Galma Stan, the old town of Stockholm. Staff were not completely friendly towards asians, with the exception of some. Overall it's still a reasonable stay. But could have been much better. Hilton Old Town in Prague left a even better impression.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a small stall that sells grilled herring just outside the hotel. Wonderful food if you need a quick bite..
