Staff are very friendly and the room is pretty nice and clean. However, the location is quite a walk from the center of attraction. But there's also a bus stop nearby that goes right to-from the airport.

I loved this hotel! Rooms, although small, are well decorated with constant hot water and adjustable heating. My bed was also very comfortable. There is free tea and coffee in the lounge, the breakfast room is light, with a pleasant atmosphere and a reasonable choice of foods: bread rolls, loaves, cheese, meats, eggs, waffle maker, fruit, tea, coffee, juice etc. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful, offering maps and directions along with advice on where to go and what to see. The location is great, within walking distance of lots of shops and cafes and only 2 stops on the metro from Central Station and 3 stops from the Old Town. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!! Highly recommended!!

had a great 4 day stay , excellent choice for breakfast and free wifi in a quiet central area; unfortunately on check out 2 receptionists on duty insisted that i pay for bar drinks which i never had....no apologise forthcoming after a 10 minute+ wait before i recommended them to go over their files!!!!!! no switches next to the bed; maid left 2 dirty glasses throughout the stay without even bothering to wash them

This was my first time to Stockholm and I picked this hotel from a the recommendation in Frommer's. The Hotel had a very romantic look and it was on a small street that was very quiet. I thought the room was adequate sized and the bathroom could have used some more shelves. I liked the view of the courtyard from our room even though it was raining and the breakfast was a good variety of both hot and cold items.

It is a wonderful hotel. Nice room, nice staff, nice breakfast. However, the bathroom is a little small for me. It is crown when I taking the shower.

Lovely hotel with individual rooms
Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and silence of the room were excellent

The staff was awesome and helpful, they solved all our problems. Liked the room a lot too. The street were the hotel is located was right next to a busy boulevard, but no traffic noises come to the room. The hotel was very quiet also otherwise, the other guests didn't disturb at all. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone!
