Small rooms but great location

nordic sea is only a few meters away from the arlanda expresse (airport expresse) so this is the perfect hotel for any business trip to stockholm. be sure to take the express train from the airport to get here. it will cost you sek, the alternative is to take one of the taxi's, this could run you anywhere from 400 up to 1000 (or even more if you get one of the realy bad taxis) the rooms can be small and without window. but comfortable beds, and clean rooms. the breakfast is ok.

Nordic Sea and Nordic Light (On the opposite side of the street) are two good hotels in sentral Stockholm. IF you are able to book in advance, you should be able to find rooms at a decent rate. Some of the rooms are windowless, but they are ok for the traveler that is just looking for a comfortable bed and clean room. The breakfast is good even though the breakfast localities seems a bit run down (in contrast to the rest of the hotel)

Nordic Sea and their cibling hotel Nordic Light are my prefered hotels in Stockholm. Nordic Sea has a very nice style, the reception area looks realy nice, and even the design of the rooms is refreshing and interesting. On the smaller rooms they have a pretty cool solution on the wallpapers, that depicts a stockholm city street. The breakfast was very nice, and did not have any shortcommings. A bit crowded though, so if you mind sitting with strangers at your table, you should go late or early. Personaly i dont mind.
Restaurant Tip:
Jensens Bøfhouse 5 min stroll from the hotel, has a decent dinner at a decent price, and is recomended.

am a returning guest. located just outside the arlanda express and central station, it makes for great connections to airport and elsewhere by tain.
Travel tip:
Walking distance to the Casino and shopping areas at Drottinggatan. Some small but lovely Asian (sushi and Thai) food outlets nearby.

I was traveling on business and had to find a good value hotel for one night before moving to a Conference Centre on the outskirts of Stockholm. I chose this hotel on the back of review comments made by others... and the hotel did not disappoint.
It is within walking distance from the Central Railway Station and an excellent point to explore Stockholm from. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The choice at breakfast was better than I had expected.
I chose the 'windowless' room option as I was only there overnight. It was small but more than adequate. Excellent shower. Free broadband connection in the rooms is always welcome and there are a number of computer terminals for use by guests free of charge in the hotel lobby (wifi is a paid option).
All in all, a safe bet for Stockholm. Highly recommended.

フロントが団体のチェックインでものすごく混んでいた。その割には窓口を増やすとかしていなかった。
エレベーターの場所も教えてくれなかった。部屋には髪の毛も落ちていた。

Hotellet er fint i seg selv med en plassering som passer perfekt hvis en reiser kollektivt. Kun få meter fra Arlanda Express og til resepsjonen. Hotellet har en grei nok restaurant, men det er mange gode restauranter i nærliggende område.
Hvis du har godt med penger så er det fint å ha vært inne på Ice Bar som ligger i første etasje på hotellet.

Ett hotell med trevligt bemötande, bra läge och genom Agoda: Bra pris. Blev uppgraderad till rum med fönster från Budjet rum utan fönster.
Jättefint rum med härlig säng. Tyvärr kändes det som grannen på andra sidan väggen sov i samma rum.
Inte lyhört mot gata eller korridor . Däremot mot grannrummet.
God frukost med MASSOR att välja mellan.
Rekommenderar gärna hotellet för andra!
